We are extremely delighted to announce that LanguageCert International ESOL (Listening, Reading, Writing) and International ESOL (Speaking) Qualifications are officially on the list of examinations recognised by the Romanian Ministry of National Education and Scientific Research, which is responsible for accrediting foreign language qualifications in Romania.
This complete suite of English language examinations (CEFR levels A1 to C2), developed and administered by LanguageCert, brings a new era in English Language Testing. LanguageCert qualifications are suited to people of all walks of life, providing proof of their English language skills.
As of November 29, 2016, the nationally acknowledged and recognised Achiever (B1), Communicator (B2), Expert (C1) and Mastery (C2) levels of LanguageCert Qualifications are entitled to grant exemption from the Romanian baccalaureate examinations in English. The level of recognition required depends on the requirements set by the individual education or government institution.
