- Flexibility of Exam Structure
Learners may decide to take each of the LanguageCert USAL esPro tests separately, if they wish to, depending on the skills focused on during preparation.
The Listening & Reading test is available in a Paper-Based version with an average duration of about 2 hours, as well as in a Computer-Based version, with an average duration of about 60 minutes. The Writing and Speaking tests are available only in Paper-Based versions, with an average duration of 45 and 15 minutes respectively.
- Availability of Examination Dates
LanguageCert USAL Approved Test Centres or LanguageCert Regional Offices are in control of scheduling the date and time of the examinations and can hold examinations whenever it is suitable for them and their candidates.
The tasks are sufficiently universal to suit all language learning styles and preparation methods. The exam content authentically replicates real-life Spanish in use.
All candidates receive electronically a short feedback Test Report designed to demonstrate their performance per skill.
Provisional Computer-Based results for the Listening & Reading test are available immediately after the candidate takes the test, while final results are released within 2 business days. In the Paper-Based LanguageCert USAL esPro Listening & Reading test, results are released 5 business days upon receipt of answer sheets for marking, whereas in the Writing and the Speaking tests results are released 10 business days upon receipt of answer sheets for marking.
All exams are externally set and are assessed by a closed group of markers at Cursos Internacionales de la Universidad de Salamanca, regularly standardised through training to ensure consistency and objectivity of assessment that is benchmarked against the CEFR.
All candidates with score of 10 and above are awarded a certificate for each test taken, which is mapped per CEFR Level according to their performance.

E-certificates are available upon release of final results, while hard-copy certificates are available upon request 5 days after the release of results.
