LanguageCert is an Ofqual (Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation) recognised and regulated Awarding Organisation offering a suite of regulated, International English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) qualifications. LanguageCert has established a network of recognised Centres across Europe and the Middle East and its language qualifications are also recognised by a number of Ministries of Education in Europe.

We are currently recruiting for Quality Auditors (QAs) to perform quality assurance activities across our approved centres. Our QAs will be responsible for ensuring approved centres comply with LanguageCert and regulatory requirements. The role of the QA relates to external quality assurance of a centre’s infrastructure, systems and internal quality assurance arrangements to ensure systems, processes and practices are being implemented effectively.

Eligible candidates need to meet the following criteria:

• Excellent command of the English Language (Level C2), as well as of local and other languages
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Relevant quality assurance experience in the context of training and/or examination invigilation
• Familiarity with equal opportunities and anti-discriminatory practices
• Availability on demand, at short notice from time to time, frequent travelling may be required
• Efficient completion of administrative duties, including completion of reports in a timely manner
• Representation of LanguageCert in a firm but professional and polite manner
• Ability to communicate and nurture and develop effective, professional working relationships
• Ability to meet deadlines and keep to schedules
• Punctuality and reliability, maintaining high levels of integrity at all times
• Exceptional attention to detail

Successful candidates will be given full training for the QA role, inclusive of LanguageCert’s systems and procedures and arrangements to comply with regulatory requirements, prior to posting/allocation of centres.
