LanguageCert and Ankara University TÖMER announce their partnership

LanguageCert, as an Awarding Organisation, member of the PeopleCert Group, has partnered with Ankara University TÖMER for the delivery of Turkish language examinations worldwide!

The Turkish language exams are offered under the name LanguageCert AÜ TÖMER TürkYet and are developed by Ankara University TÖMER. The exams will be administered by LanguageCert, through PeopleCert’s online platform.

The alliance signifies a great advancement in the field of Turkish language skills assessment, as it combines the expertise of Ankara University TÖMER, leader in teaching and assessment of Turkish as a Foreign Language, with LanguageCert’s unparalleled know-how and expertise in language assessment and certification, and global reach.

The new Turkish language examination, LanguageCert AÜ TÖMER TürkYet, evaluates the language skills of candidates, who need to prove their knowledge, to study or work using Turkish. The exams have been designed and abide by the most rigorous quality and reliability standards and are mapped to the CEFR  at levels A1 to C2.

Separate Written and Spoken Exams are available at each level, covering all four language skills. Written and Spoken Exams can be taken independently of each other or one at a time, leading to separate certificates and a diploma at C1 and C2 levels.  C1 level diploma is the minimum requirement for admission in higher education institutions in Turkey.

Frequent exams are available on demand by Approved Test Centres throughout the year.
